The View at Ryan began as a dream between friends. A place shaped by years of memories on Lake Champlain, and shared with families looking to create their own

For years, we returned to Lake Champlain with our families and closest friends, renting lakehouses each summer and holding onto those slow, sun-soaked days as long as we could.

Somewhere in between early mornings on the dock and dinners that stretched long past sunset, the idea of having a place of our own took root.

It stayed with us — quietly at first, then all at once.

And eventually, we made it real.
